Just a reminder that Mama T’s Protein Cookies are not artificially preserved, and therefore are a perishable product. It is very important that your cookies are refrigerated upon delivery. Our cookies may also be frozen and have a 6 month life expectancy if stored in the freezer.
Exchanges may be initiated within 15 days of purchase date. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) will be required to complete the exchange process. We will happily replace items if they are damaged during shipping. Only non-perishable (apparel and merchandise) items are eligible for refunds. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Mama T’s Protein Cookies.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only perishable, regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Orders are fulfilled from Nova Scotia same day they are received via Canada Post or a courier service. Shipping times will vary based on your location, from 1 – 6 business days. Tracking information and delivery date will be sent to you via email upon completing your purchase.
If your items are damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
